Safety of going back to the workplace?

While I'm extremely excited about this progression to more in-person work, I am concerned about (a) the safety of the workplace, and (b) the stability of the plan to move hybird. How will Agilus ensure that the workplace abides by government rules and regulations? What are the cleaning and social distancing protocols that will be enforced? Also, the last time Agilus attempted the one-day-per-week model, it lasted for a little more than a month before we all had to go remote again. I just don't want to risk moving closer to the office and paying more for an urban living space only to have the government introduce restrictions once again.
